Observing in silence, we practice sitting meditation and walking meditation.

To deepen your practice, supporting calm, tranquility, mindfulness or samadhi. Fortify joy, contentment, and gratitude.

Prerequisite: prior experience in a silent retreat or

completed MBSR program.
