Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program: 

an 8-week intensive mindfulness training course.

Silent Sitting Meditation

When you meditate with other people, you will get the support and connection you need to start practicing mindfulness and keep going.  A group can better support an individual’s inward journey and help develop a habit.

Reading Group

To continue to cultivate and strengthen our understanding in mindfulness practices.
